We’ll be providing real estate agents and organizations with the kind of education materials that experts agree will work best for older adults.
We’ll work with these local professionals to help us to get that information into the right hands, right in their own community, before the next scammer comes calling.

- A collection of one-page tip sheets that seniors can place around the home – on a refrigerator, by a computer, on their desk.
- Easy-to-use and downloadable guides packed with advice they can begin to use immediately.
- Short videos for the entire family and community.
- PowerPoint presentations to help deliver local workshops.
Real estate agents around the country will be encouraged to share this information locally – with their clients and neighbors, their local Chamber of Commerce, through community groups and schools, their local police department.
Like the saying goes, it takes a village to raise awareness, and by working together and sharing this knowledge we can all help to shift the advantage away from the scammers.

Financial fraud cost older adults up to $81.5 billion in 2024.
Adults age 60 and older are more likely to report losses of $100,000 or more due to financial fraud.
Between 2020 and 2024 the number of seniors reporting losses to scams increased sevenfold.
Those in their 70s reported losing a median of $20,000 to investment scams, compared to the median of $1,551 stolen from victims in their 20s.
Scams are more than just financial losses and can impact mental and physical health, reduce trust and self confidence, increase isolation and loneliness, and even shorten lives.
Traditional scams targeting retirees and other older persons are increasingly powered by artificial intelligence, raising the risk of those targeted becoming victims to financial losses and identity theft.
